  1. How to order
    2. To order, use the Book Search menu on the left part of the Web site. Search using Keyword, Title, Author, ISBN, or Publisher. Because there are thousands of book sellers, there can be more than one seller for each book. Make sure to read the detailed book condition before purchasing. Book conditions are: New, As New, Very Good, Good, Fair.

    When you have found the book you want to purchase, klik "Add to Cart". You may search for more books or Submit your order. You must be logged in to view your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, select your order destination and Shipping method. Not all sellers provide a priority shipping method. Click "Submit Your Order" when you have finished. You will receive an e-mail from us stating your order and the payment procedure.

    3. The books in BukuDunia.com are provided by thousands of independent sellers around the world. There are also many different kinds of book conditions. These two factors make the price of a book to vary. The prices are provided and solely decided by the sellers.

  3. What is the shipping price?
    4. The books in BukuDunia.com are provided by thousands of independent sellers around the world. Shipping prices are different depending on the location of the seller. There are two methods of shipping available; Standard (average 1 month) and Priority (average 2 weeks). Delivery estimates varies depending on the location of the seller. If you do not receive your item in 6 weeks, please contact commerce@bukudunia. com and we will follow-up with the seller. Note that some sellers only provide a standard shipping method.

    If you are familiar with JuraganBuku.com, you know that shipping prices consists of two components; per shipment cost and per item cost. In BukuDunia.com, some sellers apply the same pricing model but most do not. Shipping prices are provided and solely decided by the sellers. Here are several shipping price ranges that we have gathered for your consideration :
     - USA   : Shipping books from USA costs between Rp. 85,000 (standard) - Rp.195,000 (priority)
     - UK    : Shipping books from UK Rp. 85,000 (standard) - Rp.220,000 (priority)
     - Europe: Shipping books from Europe Rp. 120,000 (standard) - Rp.250,000 (priority)
     - China : Shipping books from China Rp. 220,000 (standard) - Rp.250,000 (priority)
     - India : Shipping books from India Rp. 220,000 (standard) - Rp.300,000 (priority)

    If your book is heavy, the seller may ask for an extra charge to process your order.

  4. How do I confirm my payment?
    5. There are two ways to confirm your payment:
    1. When you transfer the payment, write down your order ID on the "news" section of your transfer form.
    2. Go to your account on BukuDunia.com. Click My Account then select Payment Confirmation. Fill out the form with your payment confirmation.

    Failure to confirm your payment will result in slower service from our team because we would then have to search manually for your payment.

  5. My Order has not arrived
    6. If it has been 6 weeks from the date of your payment confirmation and you have not yet received your order, contact commerce@ bukudunia.com and we will follow up with the seller.

  6. Refunds
    7. There are many probable causes for your order to be refunded. Here are some of them:
    - The book is unavailable
    - The seller sold the book at an offline store
    - The seller cannot send the book to Indonesia

  7. I want to return an item
    8. 1. Incorrect Book/Not As Described/Damaged
    You are eligible for a full refund, including original shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on the book seller's part. To return an item, first contact commerce@bukudunia. com. We will inform you of your next steps.

    2. Book did not Arrive
    You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book hasn't arrived 15 days past the estimated delivery date, up until 30 days past. (For example, when the estimated delivery date is November 1st, the return can be initiated between November 16th and December 1st.) If the bookseller provides tracking information indicating the book has arrived, the return is void.

  8. My Historical Purchases
    9. Go to your account on BukuDunia.com. Select My Account from the top menu. Click Order History. A list of your orders will be shown. Select the order you wish to see the details of.

  9. Add Shipping Destination
    10. Go to your account on BukuDunia.com. Select My Account from the top menu. Click Delivery Address. You may add a shipping address by selecting the add address button. You can also delete a shipping address. Note that you cannot delete the shipping address you first entered.

  10. I want a book I cannot find
    11. Go to your account on BukuDunia.com. Select Wish List from the top menu. Fill out the Wish List form and press the submit button. We will notify you if your wished book is available.
